Getting Started

You can start by following the instructions in the chapters below.

1 -Installation

To install Diamon Docs do the following steps:
  1. Download the Setup file from your account after purchase.

You may need administrator rights to perform the installation. Please contact your administrator.

  1. Double click on the Setup file to start the guided installation
  2. Accept the EULA
  3. Specify and installation folder or keep the default one.
  4. Click on close to terminate the installation.
Congratulations! Your product is now installed!

2 - First Run

Now all you have to do is starting Microsoft Word, as simple as that.

Once Word is up and running, it will popup a message window asking for username and password. You should input the same username or email address and password that you have used for purchasing Diamon Docs. If you forgot your password, you can reset it either in our website or by clicking the link “Forgot Password”. You will be able to reset it there.

You will only be able to access the number of licenses you purchased in your account. This means that if you would like to use the same license on another computer, you will need to release it before accessing. Refer to Release License for more information.

With the activated Add-In, you Microsoft Word will show a new tab called DiamonDocs like in the picture below. Addin

3 - Release License

To release the license:

  1. click on the diamond logo
  2. click the button logout and wait for the confirmation message
  3. click ok on the confirmation message
  4. close the about window

To release the license you must be online and have a valid internet connection.
