Save to PDF Options
The Save to PDF Options Button allows you to customise your options when saving a document as a PDF Document including saving only one page, a range of pages, optimising print quality and other settings. A document in PDF format is useful when distributing documents so that the document may be seen the same way by all parties.
This quick and simple function is handy when you want to save time, instead of using the traditional Microsoft Word path: File -> Export -> Create PDF/XPS DOcument -> Options \
You save 3 clicks to carry out the same function whilst having easy and quick access to the button under the Diamon Docs Tab.
The Save to PDF Options Button is located in the third row of the “File, Save, Page, Setup Print & Help” Panel of the Diamon Docs Toolbar, as shown below.
